📌 About the School

Real Estate Educated, LLC is proudly licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) to offer real estate education, including:

  • Salesperson Pre-License Courses
  • Broker Pre-License Courses
  • Post-License Education
  • Continuing Education (CE)

Our flexible course formats include in-person, live-virtual, and online delivery, designed to meet the needs of aspiring and active Georgia real estate professionals.

Note: Community Association Management (CAM) courses are not currently offered.

📘 Salesperson Pre-License Course Overview

  • Course Hours: 75-hour GREC-approved course
  • Cost: $550 (includes tuition, books, handouts, and materials)
  • Payment: Credit/debit, check, or money order. No personal checks accepted within 7 days of the course start date.

Upon successful completion and passing of the final exam (72% or higher), students will be eligible to take the Georgia Salesperson License Exam administered by PSI.

Testing Locations: PSI testing facilities are available in Savannah, Macon, and the Atlanta Metro area. Schedule at: https://test-takers.psiexams.com/gare


📚 Required Coursework & Attendance

To be eligible to take the course final exam, students must complete:

  • 75 hours of attendance (students may miss 1 class session only)
  • Course Midterm Exam
  • Contract Assignment(s)
  • Valuation Assignment(s)
  • Final Exam (must score 72% or greater)

🧾 Enrollment & Licensure Requirements

To enroll in the Georgia Salesperson Pre-License Course, students must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a high school graduate or possess a GED
  • Obtain a certified criminal background report (GCIC or from your state of residence). The report must be dated within 60 days of the licensing exam.

If there are concerns about criminal history, complete the Background Clearance Application available on the GREC website.


🎓 Course Completion & Certificate Policy

  • No printed course certificates will be issued.
  • Pre-license completions are transmitted to PSI.
  • CE completions are submitted to GREC.
  • Students are responsible for verifying their CE via grec.state.ga.us after 7 business days.

Real Estate Educated maintains course records for a minimum of 5 years.


💻 Live-Virtual Course Rules (if applicable)

To receive credit for any live-virtual course:

  • Your Zoom screen name must display your full first and last name (no nicknames).
  • Your camera must remain on the entire class with your full face visible.
  • No virtual backgrounds or multitasking.
  • Be stationary (not driving, walking, cooking, etc.).
  • Only break at designated times.
  • Download handouts before class begins.
  • Breaks: 5-minute break per instructional hour (typically 3 total).
  • Do not share your registration link; it is unique to you.
  • Failure to comply with live-virtual rules may result in removal from the course and forfeiture of credit.

No Recruiting Policy

Recruiting for any brokerage by students or instructors during class time or on school premises is strictly prohibited. Violations should be reported to the School Director or the Georgia Real Estate Commission at 404-656-3916, in accordance with Rule 520-2-.15.

Privacy Policy

We do not share, disclose, or discuss student information with outside parties. All student communications are confidential unless required by law or court order. Third-party information requests must be accompanied by written consent from the student.

Course Cancellation/Refunds

Real Estate Educated reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. If canceled, students may opt for a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date. The school is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses.


🧑‍💻 Technical & Testing Policies

Computer & Tech Requirements

Students attending live-virtual courses must have a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and access to Zoom.

Proctored Final Exams

The course final exam is proctored and may be taken:

  • In person at our Douglas location: 212 S. Peterson Avenue, Douglas GA 31533
  • Online through an approved remote proctoring service

📸 Photography & Recording Waiver

Some portions of our courses may be photographed or recorded for training, promotional, or documentation purposes. By registering, you consent to being recorded and grant Real Estate Educated permission to use such media without further approval or compensation.


⚖️ Anti-Trust Compliance Statement

By participating in this program, you acknowledge:

  1. Awareness of anti-trust laws
  2. No discussion of competitive practices (pricing, rates, fees, etc.) is permitted
  3. No concerted efforts or agreements that restrain competition will be tolerated
